This website is created and hosted using Squarespace.

Your information is used only to communicate with you regarding your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a potential commission or collaboration.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to a potential contract and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business communications.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to my newsletter or other marketing emails.
5. Online Shop and Orders
When you purchase artwork, prints or other products through my website, personal information necessary to process and fulfil your order is collected.

The information is processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order, processing payment, shipping your purchase and complying with legal accounting and tax obligations.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for performance of the purchase contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations.
I personally handle the fulfilment and shipment of my products. Your shipping information may therefore be provided to the relevant postal or delivery service where necessary to deliver your order.

Payments on this website may be processed through Stripe and PayPal.
When you select one of these payment methods, information required to process the transaction may be transmitted directly to the relevant payment provider.
Depending on the payment method, this may include your name, contact details, billing information, transaction details and payment-related information.
Payment providers may process certain information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations, including fraud prevention, payment security and regulatory requirements.
I do not receive or store your complete credit card details.
7. Newsletter
You can voluntarily subscribe to my newsletter.

Information submitted through Meta is also subject to Meta's own privacy practices.
