'Hathor - Lady of Turquoise' Limited Edition Fine Art Print

from €25.00

Limited edition fine art print of my painting 'Hathor - Lady of Turquoise'

In this piece, I drew inspiration from ancient Egyptian culture, blending historical elements such as Gustav Klimt’s style with my own artistic expression. What makes it even more special is that the title was suggested by Dr. Colleen Darnell, a well-respected Egyptologist known for her contributions to Disney’s "Lost Treasures of Egypt" and Netflix’s "Queen Cleopatra.":

The work here is quite interesting, as the winged crown of the figure, the serpent, and flower evoke the images of the representatives of Upper and Lower Egypt. The figure also has blue skin, something that can occur for divinities in Egyptian art. [...] However, all the attributes could be those of a goddess, and the one who comes to mind for the blue-green skin is Hathor, in her specific form in Sinai as nebet-mefkat, "Lady of Turquoise." I would call her "Hathor Lady-of-Turquoise."

These high-quality museum prints are made using premium 308gsm archival cotton rag paper, ensuring that they will last for years to come. If you're a collector, you'll be pleased to know that this print is now also available in a fine art canvas format. The canvas prints are created with the finest materials available, featuring a shiny, glossy finish that highlights the vivid, brilliant colors.
