Shipping

My artworks and prints are wrapped very carefully usually with a lot of bubble wrap and between protective wooden sheets. However if something arrives damaged please inform me (via Etsy or mail at www.lioba.info/contact) within 48 hours after you received the item, so that I can find a replacement for you. I want you to be happy with your order. :)

I use "DHL - Deutsche Post " for all shipments. All parcels are provided with a tracking number.

If you can't check the shipping details within 15 days after the dispatch please let me know!

Payment plans are available for original artworks over $300. 
Leave me a message if interested and I can find an individual payment plan for you! 

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if something you purchased from my shop doesn't meet your expectations or broke during shipping, please contact me and we can find a solution. Refunds are possible for prints, but they are handled on a case-by-case basis. Custom and original artworks are non-returnable.
